Flowrider in Ogden, Utah offers indoor surfing and a great time to cool off in the summer heat.

The goal of this shoot was to show off the fun that is jampacked into one of these experiences. This shoot allowed for some experimentation such as using a GoPro to get shots in the water with the helpful staff.

The theme of this shoot was to capture that authentic surfer vibe. While Utah is nowhere near a coastline, we wanted to capture that feeling. Some effects in the editing and shooting styles mimicked that old school surfer culture with film burns, grain, and a stop-motion inspired cut out clip.
